Independent sales commission schedule

6% starting commission on eligible net merchandise sales.
8% tier after reaching $1,000 in eligible monthly sales.
10% tier after reaching $2,500 in eligible monthly sales.
12% tier after reaching $5,000 in eligible monthly sales.

Higher rates are earned through actual sales performance. Exact tier calculation and payout timing are confirmed in the written representative agreement before activation.

How the opportunity works

No hourly wage or salary. No guaranteed earnings.
Commission is based on eligible net merchandise revenue after discounts.
Taxes, shipping, gift cards, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraudulent orders, and self-referrals do not earn commission.
Commissions are held for 30 days for returns, cancellations, and fraud review before becoming payable.
No company-set work schedule or minimum hours for the independent contractor opportunity.

No pay-to-work requirement

No purchase is required to apply, qualify, or earn commission. If an approved representative voluntarily chooses to buy and wear Mari’Anna branded apparel for in-person promotion, that purchase is optional and at the representative’s expense unless Mari’Anna agrees otherwise in writing.

Selected independent representatives must sign a written Independent Sales Representative Agreement, complete secure tax onboarding when applicable, receive an approved tracking method, and acknowledge the commission schedule and brand rules before representing Mari’Anna Tees.

Submitting this application does not create employment or an independent contractor relationship. If the actual role must be treated as employment under applicable law, Mari’Anna may offer separate compliant employee terms or decline to engage the applicant.
