📦 Shipping Policy

At Mari’Anna Tees, we carefully select the pieces in our collection with quality, style, and the customer experience in mind. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to get your order processed, shipped, and on its way as efficiently as possible.

⏱️ Order Processing

Processing times vary by item and fulfillment location. Many of the pieces in our current collection are fulfilled from within the United States and are typically prepared for shipment within a few business days.

Processing time is the time required to prepare an order for shipment. It is separate from carrier transit and delivery time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on the item, destination, fulfillment location, and shipping carrier.

When an estimated delivery date or shipping option is displayed at checkout, please use that estimate when placing your order. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery.

We do not guarantee a specific delivery date unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered for your order.

💳 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, shipping costs can vary depending on the items in your cart and their destinations.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and activate the tracking information. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately after a shipping confirmation is issued.

📦 Orders With Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, the items may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages or at different times.

Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the remainder of your order has been forgotten or canceled. Additional tracking information may be provided for separate shipments.

🏠 Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

⏳ Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that your package is still in transit beyond its expected delivery window, check the carrier’s tracking information first for the latest update.

If you still need assistance, contact Mari’Anna Tees with your order number, and we will help review the available shipment information.

📬 Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors when appropriate, and any mailroom or package-receiving area.

You should also contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information. If the package still cannot be located, contact us and include your order number so we can review the situation.

📦 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, or you believe a shipment has been lost in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details.

For damaged shipments, please retain the packaging and take clear photographs of the package and affected item. These may be required to investigate the issue with the fulfillment partner or shipping carrier.
